About Build Right Kitchens
Build Right Kitchens is a licensed, insured remodeling contractor based in Bluffdale, Utah, serving homeowners across the Salt Lake Valley for more than 18 years. We remodel kitchens and bathrooms, finish basements, build custom cabinetry, install countertops and flooring, and run whole-home renovations — all with one team and one point of contact.
About Us
Crafting Homes That Your Story
We are licensed and insured in Utah, we pull permits in our own name, and we put warranty terms in writing before a contract is signed. None of that is unusual for a good contractor. It is simply rarer than it should be, and it is the reason most of our work now comes from referrals and repeat clients.
Dream Spaces, Made Simple
Effortless project management from concept to completion, handled by one experienced team that puts your goals first. You get a written scope, a schedule and a single project manager who stays with you throughout.
Built to Last
We deliver integrated, code-compliant solutions designed for durability, beauty and your everyday lifestyle, inside and out. Every detail is reviewed for fit and finish quality before we call a project complete.

Our Core Values
What Sets Us Apart
Plenty of contractors promise quality. Fewer will tell you what the project will actually cost before demolition starts, or which stage it is in on a given Tuesday. For over 18 years we have built our process around the parts homeowners find stressful — unclear pricing, moving dates, and crews that go quiet. Every value below exists because we watched that go wrong somewhere else first.
Custom Designs for You
Your home, your vision. Every design reflects your style, your storage needs and how the space is actually used day to day — not a layout lifted from a catalogue.
Flawless Craftsmanship
From materials to finishing touches, precision defines our work. We carry Mohawk hardwood and MSI tile, and every install is checked for fit, level and finish before sign-off.
Clear Timelines, Kept
From design through material selection, our team handles it all and keeps the schedule visible. You receive regular updates rather than having to chase them.
PROFESSIONAL TEAM
Meet the Licensed General Contractor Team
We are proud of the people who make Build Right Kitchens a trusted name in remodeling, structural work and home transformation. Each team member brings a specific skill set and a shared commitment to quality and customer care. If you would like to meet us before committing to anything, get in touch and we will walk you through previous projects and materials in person.
Flooring Specialist
Jason
Jason specialises in luxury vinyl plank, tile, carpet and floor preparation, with six years in the trade. Subfloor prep is the step most installers rush and the one that determines whether a floor still sits flat five years later — which is why it is handled in-house rather than subcontracted.
Chief Executive Officer
Chris
Chris brings over 18 years of construction experience, managing projects ranging from residential remodels to large-scale hotel builds. His work spans the United States, England, Spain and China, and that range is what allows Build Right to scope complex Utah renovations accurately rather than discovering problems mid-project.
